You should see two terminals here, one of them is the Specter Terminal where you get special mail where you can Authorize certain things when needed. The Specter office is directly opposite to Udina's Office. So, after all that, let's get to the Primarch, but before that the Turian Councelor tells us that we are re-instated as Specter. Yes, none of the Citadel tasks need you to lift a finger. Anyway, you'll have to keep going to that page to get your tasks info and this page for the main and side mission which involve fighting.

Note that you will be able to choose classes only if you choose Role Playing. But, Role Playing is the perfect choice of course. It's just that if you choose Action you won't have a lot of talking to do and inversely, if you choose story, it'll be all talk and less difficult combat.
